Dillon Construction worker Francisco Ortega removes mortar from the bricks on the west wall of the Constitution Firehouse at 1204 Main St. Monday. Workers will be working to restore the 132-year-old structure for the next several months. The City of Vicksburg voted in November to spend $150,000 on the historic building that is used as an art gallery. (C. Todd ShermanThe Vicksburg Post)
