Joy Price Boyd

Anguilla Joy Price Boyd died Friday, Sept. 12, 2003, at River Region Medical Center. She was 70.

A lifelong resident of the Anguilla and Rolling Fork areas, Mrs. Boyd was retired from the U.S. Farm Services. She was a member of the Anguilla First Baptist Church.

Survivors include her husband, John Boyd; her mother, Flora Sandifer; a son, John Wiley Price; all of Anguilla; three brothers, James Marlyn Sandifer of Clarksdale, and John Lloyd Sandifer of Charleston, and Joel Sandifer of Lake Washington; two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at Anguilla First Baptist Church. Burial will follow at Mound Cemetery in Rolling Fork.

Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. today at Glenwood Funeral Home in Rolling Fork.

Pallbearers will be Charlie Bridges, Craig Boykin, Paul King, Charles Keever, Russell Stewart and Charles Boyd.

Honorary pallbearers will be Glen Diffey, Ike Collins, Joe King and Tony Intire.

Ricky Lee Killingsworth

Tallulah Ricky Lee Killingsworth died Friday, Sept. 12, 2003, at Madison Parish Hospital in Tallulah. He was 48.

Born in Rayville, La., Mr. Killingsworth lived in Madison Parish all his life. He was a farmer and a truck driver.

Mr. Killingsworth is survived by his mother, Ada Killingsworth; a son, Justin Killingsworth; a brother, Gary Lynn Killingsworth; a nephew, Gary Killingsworth; and a niece Mari-Kate Killingsworth, all of Tallulah.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday at the Crothers-Glenwood Funeral Home in Tallulah with the Rev. Greg Nichols officiating. Burial will follow at Crowville Masonic Cemetery in Crowville, La.

Pallbearers will be Leslie Dunham, Ed Tyler, Mopey Carroll, Larry Funderberk, Jimmy Murray, Billy Murray, Eddie Earl and Billy Smith.

Honorary pallbearers will be Tom Bartholomew, John Vining, Pete Norris and Billy Ray Arender.

O’Dare Lee Earl Mims

Services for O’Dare Lee Earl “Woo” Mims will be at 1 p.m. Sunday at Vicksburg Auditorium with the Rev. Casey Fisher officiating. Burial will follow at the Rohelia Cemetery in Utica.

Mr. Mims died Wednesday, Sept. 10, 2003, at River Region Medical Center. He was 20.

He was employed with Robert Lee Roofing Co. He was of the Baptist faith.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Savannah Rawls; his paternal grandparents, Lottie P. Clark and Jack Cessna; and a sister, Brenda Gullory.

Survivors include his parents, Willie A. Clark and Dorothy Mims Clark of Vicksburg; his stepfather, Otha Mims Jr. of Utica; three brothers Michael Clark, Richard Clark and Donald Clark, all of Houston, Texas; six sisters, Catina M. Stamps and LeKeitha Mims, both of Vicksburg, Debra Clark and Jackie Nixon, both of Houston, and Kwanda Davis and Denise Stamps, both of Utica; his maternal grandfather, Bill Rawls of Utica; and cousins, other relatives and friends.
