City Birthday Celebration The Mississippi Symphony Orchestra, along with soloist Heather Clancy Allen and members of the Mississippi Metropolitan Ballet Company, will perform at 7:30 p.m. Feb. 13 at the Vicksburg Convention Center in “Vicksburg Celebrates A Birthday Tradition.” Children in grades 1 through 3 will sing “Sound of Music” selections.
