Marie H. Logan
Marie H. Logan died Wednesday, Dec. 31, 2003, at River Region Medical Center. She was 81.
The daughter of the late James Calvin and Laura Ritchie Huggins, Mrs. Logan was a member of the Church of God of Prophecy.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Alvin Casey Logan; a daughter, Mary Frances Logan; and a brother, Billy Huggins.
She is survived by a daughter, Dot Everett of Vicksburg; two sons, Truman Logan and Charlie Logan; two sisters, Jean H. Steele of Glenmore, La. and Rosalie H. Stevens of Vicksburg; five grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.
Services were Friday and burial was in Green Acres Cemetery.
Pallbearers were Ray Logan, Keith Ehrhardt, Bevan Smith, Ben Logan, P.C. Cummins and Sid Leist.

Mable Louise Riley McFadden
FAYETTE Mable Louise Riley McFadden died Monday, Dec. 29, 2003, in Fayette as a result of a car accident. She was 49.
A resident of Fayette, Mrs. McFadden was a member of the choir at Rose Hill M.B. Church No. 2 and was a production worker at a perfume company in Chicago.
She was preceded in death by her father, Parker Riley Sr.; and three brothers, Parker Riley Jr., John L. Riley and Alphonse Riley.
Survivors include a daughter, Saprina Turner of Chicago; her mother, Viola Sampson Riley of Chicago; four brothers, Claudie Riley, James Riley and Albert Riley, all of Chicago and Charles Riley of Natchez; five sisters, Joisetta Winfield, Mary D. McNair and Alma Riley, all of Chicago and Leeanna Harried and Lillie Riley; six grandchildren; and other relatives and friends.
Services will be at 2:30 p.m. Sunday at Rose Hill M.B. Church No. 2 in Fayette with the Rev. James Beverly officiating. Burial will follow at Locust Grove Cemetery under the direction of Rollins Funeral Home in Fayette.
Visitation will be from 2 until 5 p.m. today at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will be friends of the family.
