Marie Everett Johnston.

TALLULAH – Marie Everett Johnston died Monday, Oct. 30, 2006, at Olive Branch Senior Care Center. She was 93.

A former resident of Springfield, Mo., Mrs. Johnston had lived in Tallulah for the past six years. She was of the Baptist faith.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Carl Johnston.

She is survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorial services will be scheduled later in Springfield for family members.

Crothers-Glenwood Funeral Home was in charge of local arrangements.

Don Nell Williams.

Services for Don Nell Williams, infant son of Lacole Williams and Corbin Reed of Vicksburg, will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Brookhaven Cemetery in Bovina under the direction of Lakeview Memorial Funeral Home.

Infant Williams died Saturday, Oct. 28, 2006, at River Region Medical Center.

He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Don Nell Williams.

In addition to his parents, he was survived by his grandparents, Joyce Williams, Gwendlyn George and David Reed, all of Vicksburg; two brothers, Jeffery Williams and Ja’Darrius Williams, both of Vicksburg; a sister, Denise Williams of Vicksburg; and other relatives, including Keith Sims and Stacey Caston, both of Vicksburg.
