Ivan Wallace Branham died Saturday, Nov. 8, 2008, at River Region Medical Center. He was 88. 

Mr. Branham was born in Pratt City, Ala., and had lived in Vicksburg since 1960. He was a security guard with Mississippi Power & Light Company until his retirement in 1983. He was a member of the Methodist faith.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Ivan Winston Branham and Ora Bell Montgomery Bran-ham; and three sisters.

Survivors include nieces and nephews and a special friend, Margaret Tremaine.

Services will be at 2 today at Cedar Hill Cemetery with the Rev. Chris Young officiating. Visitation will be from 1 today until the service at Riles Funeral Home.
