In arrests Friday by the Vicksburg Police Department and the Warren County Sheriff’s Office:

Shannon Smith, 22, 1518 South St., was arrested on his third domestic violence charge. He was taken into custody by Vicksburg police at 5:45 p.m. on a simple assault charge, his third, which is a felony. He was in the Warren County Jail with no bond.James Smith, 42, 714 Cherry St., was arrested by Warren County deputies at 10 a.m. and charged with grand larceny. He was free on a $2,000 bond. He is scheduled to appear Aug. 18 in Warren County Circuit Court.
