Final touches are in progress on murals planned for City Front, but the man with the paintbrush says he’s interested in doing other projects in Vicksburg.

The woman who’s led the nearly sevenyear project, however, says she’s ready to hang up her hat.

“When we get to the corner, color me gone,” said Nellie Caldwell with a laugh. “I’m thrilled with everything we have accomplished, but I’m ready to have another kind of life. I’ve been the pusher, but I’m getting a little tired of pushing.”
