One lane of Interstate 20 on the Mississippi River Bridge will be closed Tuesday and Wednesday, the Louisiana Department of Transportation has announced.

One eastbound lane will be closed from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday as workers repair overhead lighting on the bridge. Repairs will close the westbound lane from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Wednesday.

The maximum width for passing vehicles on both days will be 12 feet, according to a DOTD news release.
