A Vicksburg teen out on bond after being indicted for car theft was in the Warren County Jail this morning charged with a second auto theft.
John Taylor Burton, 17, 3700 Gowall Road, was arrested at 3749 Gowall Road Monday by sheriff’s deputies.
Burton was in possession of the key to a 2007 Chevrolet Impala that had been reported stolen from Fairways Drive Sunday night, Warren County Sheriff Martin Pace said.
The car, also found on Gowall Road, is owned by the U.S. Army.
Further investigation might result in another arrest, Pace said.
Burton is being held without bond because he was already out on bond from previous arrests, including an auto theft on Aug. 8.
On that charge, Burton was indicted by the Warren County Grand Jury and faces a trial date of March 16.
He also was charged in September by Vicksburg police with felony malicious mischief. The disposition of those charges was not available.

No other injuries were reported, and no details about the wreck were available.
