Randy and Donna Cartwright of Ocean Springs announce the engagement of their daughter, Jennifer D. of Clinton, to Frank A. Ferguson. Mr. Ferguson is the son of Frank A. and Terrie E. Ferguson of Vicksburg.

Miss Cartwright is the granddaughter of Don and Peggie Pierce and the late Glenn and Thelma Cartwright, all of Oklahoma City, Okla.

Mr. Ferguson is the grandson of the late Frank and Sue Comer Ferguson, the late Rufus and Estelle Ezelle and the late Lynette Emfinger, all of Vicksburg, and the late Arthur F. Province, of Houston, Texas.

The bride-elect is a graduate of St. Martin High School. She received a bachelor of science degree in speech and hearing sciences from the University of South Alabama, where she was a member of Chi Omega sorority.

She received a master of science degree in communicative disorders from the University of Louisiana at Monroe.

Miss Cartwright is a speech language pathologist at Trinity Mission Health and Rehabilitation of Clinton LLC.

The prospective groom is a graduate of St. Aloysius High School. He attended Hinds Community College and received a bachelor’s degree in business management from the University of Louisiana at Monroe.

Mr. Ferguson is employed at BancorpSouth.

The wedding will be at 3 p.m. Sept. 13, 2008, at Tara Wildlife. A reception will follow. All relatives and friends are invited to attend.
