Wylie, Texas resident finished first in the under-14 200-meter dash, and second in the 100 meters, at the Wylie Junior High meet earlier this month. Anderson is the son of Vicksburg native Mark Smith and former resident Shelia Anderson Trevillion; the grandson of Vicksburg resident Lois Young Anderson and James Anderson, and Mary Smith.
