CRIME * From staff reports

Three arrests were reported in Vicksburg on Wednesday:

Kenneth Downs, 48, 1315 Boyscout Road, was arrested by Warren County Sheriff’s deputies at 9:16 a.m. and charged with possession of precursor chemicals. He was in the Warren County Jail this morning on a $50,000 bond.

Ricky Stewart, 52, 40 U.S. 80, was arrested at 1 p.m. by Vicksburg Police for possession of cocaine. He was in the Warren County Jail this morning on a $5,000 bond.

Kimberly Ragland, 38, 1000 Choctaw Drive, was arrested at 6:05 p.m. by Vicksburg Police and charged with third-offense shoplifting. She was in the Warren County Jail this morning on a $5,000 bond.

Gas reported stolen on Warriors Trail

Gasoline was reported stolen Wednesday morning.

At 7:32, three red, plastic, 6-gallon gas cans filled with gas valued at $87 were reported missing from the 3000 block of Warriors Trail. Damaged were a chain and padlock valued at $20.
