Ebeling said the investigation was ongoing and would continue until the suspects are brought to Vicksburg. She declined to identify any of the four until formal charges are filed.

She said she did not know the nature of the Jackson charges against the three.

Ebeling said the suspects are believed to be responsible for the theft of a red 2008 Ford F-150 with Tennessee tag 428NP4 reported Tuesday at 11:15 p.m. and the theft of $1,100 and a cell phone and purse reported missing from a Ford F-250 today at 1:41 a.m.
