William L. “Lee” and Kathy Stewart announce the engagement of their daughter, Courtney Elaine of Flowood, to William Jeffrey Jernigan of Brandon. Mr. Jernigan is the son of Al and Sharron Jernigan and Ken and Rebecca Chennault.

The bride-elect received a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Mississippi. She is a homemaker.

The prospective groom received a bachelor’s degree in marketing from the University of Southern Mississippi and a juris doctorate from the University of Mississippi. He is employed at the law firm of Henley Lotterhos and Henley PLLC.

The wedding will be at 6 p.m. Dec. 6, 2008, at First Presbyterian Church of Vicksburg.
