CARY — Marjorie H. French died Saturday, Oct. 4, 2008, at St. Dominic Jackson Memorial Hospital. She was 89.

Mrs. French was a native of Blatchick Camp, Miss., and had lived in Cary since 1945. She was a member of Cary Baptist Church.

She is survived by three sons, Wayne H. French of Jackson, James G. French of Pocahontas and Johnny L. French of Cary; six grandchildren; and eight grandchildren.

Services were at 2 p.m. Monday at Glenwood Funeral Home in Rolling Fork with the Rev. Johnny Sanders officiating. Burial followed at Mound Cemetery in Rolling Fork.

Pallbearers were Dusty French, Cannon Ray, Hugh French, David Whalen, Tim Nichols, Owen Reynolds and Luke Goode.
