3 say guilty in circuit court

In Warren County Circuit Court for the week ending Friday:

• Jeremy Allen Jamal Bailey, 18, 1567 Lummie St., pleaded guilty to burglary of a vehicle and possession of a stolen firearm and was sentenced by Circuit Judge M. James Chaney to five years in prison followed by six years’ probation, a $1,500 fine and $322.50 in costs. Bailey was indicted in January.

• Richard Allen Smith, 21, 502 Bowmar Ave., pleaded guilty to robbery before Chaney and possession of a controlled substance before Circuit Judge Isadore Patrick and was sentenced to total of eight years in prison followed by five years’ probation, a $1,500 fine, $150 restitution and $995 in costs. Smith was arrested in December 2009.

• Timothy Earl Rankin Sr., 30, 3519 N. Washington St., pleaded guilty to aggravated assault and shooting into a dwelling and was sentenced by Patrick to five years in prison followed by five years’ probation, a $5,000 fine and $322.50 in costs. Rankin was indicted in May.
