The Southern Cultural Heritage Foundation is accepting registrations for the spring semester of the River Kids free after-school art program, which will begin Jan. 17 and run from 4 to 5:15 p.m. on Thursdays for 14 weeks.

The program will be offered to 60 students grades 1-6 and requires a full semester commitment from parents.
