Mark Bleakley, owner of Mark Bleakley Stained Glass, works Tuesday to restore the windows of the Southern Cultural Heritage Center’s chapel to their previous glory. Center director Annette Kirklin said the Southern Cultural Heritage Foundation, the parent organization of the center, is paying for the renovations with money it has collected over a couple of years. Bleakley is expected to finish 19 of the lower windows before the Hobbs Freeman Arts and Nature Festival Nov. 3.
