PHILADELPHIA — Debrah Ann Butler of New Castle, Del., formerly of Vicksburg, died Friday, Feb. 3, 2012, at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. She was 53.

Arrangements will be under the direction of Dillon-Chisley Funeral Home.
