A Vicksburg man faces five counts of credit card fraud after his arrest Thursday afternoon at the Vicksburg Police Department, Vicksburg police Capt. Bobby Stewart said.
He said officers arrested Michael Scott, 29, 1920 Pearl St., after he went to headquarters for questioning about the case. He was being held without bond in the Issaquena County Jail pending an initial appearance today in city court.
Stewart said Scott is accused of using a Home Depot credit card from Highland Baptist Church on Halls Ferry Road to buy tools, building materials, appliances and other items totaling $3,350 from the Vicksburg Home Depot between December and Feb. 20. He said other arrests are expected.
