Marvin Smith of Constant Contact will be the featured speaker at the monthly Vicksburg-Warren County Chamber of Commerce luncheon scheduled for Wednesday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Vicksburg Convention Center, 1600 Mulberry St.
