Services for Donald Ray “Don Ray” Winfield will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Lakeview Memorial Funeral Home with the Rev. Charlie Blackmore officiating. Burial will follow at Cedar Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be until 7 tonight at the funeral home with family present from 6 until 7 p.m.

Mr. Winfield died Thursday, Feb. 16, 2012, at River Region Medical Center. He was 51.

He was born in Natchez to the late Clark and Izora Winfield. A 1978 graduate of Vicksburg High School, he retired from Anderson-Tully Co.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his grandparents, Truly and Sarah Washington; a sister, Eva Joyce Winfield; and one grandson, Jadon K. Miller.

Survivors include his wife, Diane M. Winfield of Vicksburg; three daughters, Dawn Winfield-Dillon and Shantelle Miller, both of Vicksburg, and LaShelle Winfield of Olympia, Wash.; two sons, Clifton Miller of Vicksburg and Michael Wayne Richardson of Minneapolis, Minn.; two sisters, Gloria B.E. Lowe of Vicksburg and Brenda Barnes of Killeen, Texas; three brothers, Larry Washington and Tommy Washington, both of Vicksburg, and Ray Winfield of Mesquite, Texas; eight grandchildren; and nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
