ELLENSBURG, Wash. — Kirby Wayne Tingle, a former Vicksburg resident, died Thursday, Aug. 16, 2012, in a river-rafting accident in Ellensburg, Wash. He was 54.

He was born Jan. 9, 1958, and had lived in Washington for the past 25 years.

Memorial services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at Mountain View Christian Church in Tumwater, Wash., under the direction of Mills and Mills Funeral Home of Tumwater.
