• Tamara Johnson Liddell, formerly of Vicksburg, has been named principal of Brockett Elementary School in Mansfield, Texas. A 1992 graduate of Warren Central High School, she received a Bachelor of Science degree in educational psychology from Mississippi State University and a master’s in educational psychology from the University of Mississippi. She and her husband, Elbert Liddell of Belzoni, have two daughters. She is the daughter of Carl and Mary Johnson of Edwards and the granddaughter of Gus and Daisy Johnson of Vicksburg and the late Charlie and Mary Hamlin of Pattison.
