12 more arrested in Tensas meth ring

A dozen more people have been charged in a methamphetamine ring in Franklin and Tensas parishes.
Each was charged Monday with racketeering and related charges as part of meth ring running partially out of Highway 4 Bar in Tensas Parish where three people have been killed since 2010, said Lt. Julie Lewis with the Louisiana State Police.
Charges in addition to racketeering were:
• Stacy Humphreys, 41, Mangham, possession, three counts of conspiracy.
• Lea Ann Humphreys, 29, Mangham, four counts of conspiracy.
• Veronica Campbell, 39, Wisner, two counts of possession.
• Stacey Henry, 36, Winnsboro, six counts of conspiracy.
• Sonja Roberts, 43, Gilbert, five counts of possession.
• Edward Rodgers Jr., 45, Winnsboro, possession.
• Daniel Guimbellot, 28, Jigger, two counts of possession.
• Katina Boone, 29, Jigger, two counts of possession.
• Gary Humphreys, 57, Baskin, eight counts of conspiracy.
• Daniel Tacker, 36, Baskin, possession.
• Cynthia Thornton, 49, Winnsboro, four counts of conspiracy.
• Belinda Hale, 29, Winnsboro, two counts of conspiracy.
All were booked into the Franklin Parish Detention Center, and more arrests are expected, Lewis said.
Highway 4 Bar owners Robert and Eunice Welch were arrested and charged this month along with Todd Crockett, Lewis said.
