I am writing to profoundly disagree with the recent opinion expressed by Kalar Walters regarding Republicans, corporations, by implication Mitt Romney, and the Constitution of the United States. Delusional is the only descriptor that comes to mind for her rants.

The First Amendment to the Constitution has always been a pesky annoyance to the radical left, so a Supreme Court ruling that U.S. corporations have the same lobbying rights as, for example, labor unions conjures up images of “mobster mentality” for Ms. Walters. Funny how perceptions vary. When I think of “mobster mentality” it conjures up images of the SEIU, UAW, New Black Panthers, ACORN and Democratic Party.

Concerning “questionable business ethics” of Mitt Romney, the radical left looks at success and thinks it should be punished. That is why Barack Obama and his sycophants on the left want to raise taxes on the most successful among us while almost 50 percent of Americans now pay no income tax. They abhor Capitalism and the corporations and small businesses that profit from free enterprise because free markets produce winners and losers. Capitalism produces an unequal distribution of blessings. Socialism/Statism produces only an equal distribution of misery.

“The stalled economy belongs squarely in the hands of the Republicans.” Really? The only budget submitted by Barack Hussein Obama failed in the Democratic majority Senate by a vote of 98-0. None of his economic stimulus policies have worked. None! And, concerning the Constitution and “promoting the general welfare” — only a leftist would think food stamps, free medical care, government housing, free cellphones, entitlements. You know, “Compassionate components.”

Finally, I will not succumb to Ms. Walters’ plea to vote for the most radical person who has ever occupied the White House. Obama is a pathological narcissist and liar of the first order, totally unprepared for the office he now holds.

The emperor simply has no clothes.
