ower lines were responsible for scattered power outages in Warren and Claiborne counties Friday afternoon, Entergy Mississippi spokesman Don Arnold said.
The outages came as a band of showers producing heavy rain moved through the area. With the exception of one customer in Port Gibson, all the outages were in Warren County, Arnold said. Outages in the county were on Old Highway 27 south of Warriors Trail, and on Glass Road off LeTourneau Road.
He said a fallen tree breaking a utility pole was responsible for the outages on Glass Road, while tree limbs on power lines accounted for the other outages.
