An employee of the Old Court House Museum-Eva Davis Memorial, Jordan Rushing, untangles the First National Flag of the Confederacy on top of the museum Friday. According to curator, George “Bubba” Bolm, the flag was flying over the Old Court House at the time of the city’s surrender and has become a permanent fixture at the museum.
