Pam Tompkins with Steen-Tompkins Photographic in Vicksburg dodges raindrops while photographing Kathy Ross in her bridal gown standing on the steps of a caboose behind the Yazoo & Mississippi Valley Railroad Depot building Monday. Ross is getting married Oct. 27 at the Southern Cultural Heritage Center and wanted to capture her dress on film before the ceremony.
