Caples will have two years of eligibility remaining after leading Trinity Valley to a NJCAA national championship.

“She is a proven winner who will be instrumental in helping the resurrection of Rebels women’s basketball in the SEC,” first-year Ole Miss coach Adrian Wiggins said in a team release. “The comfort of having played for Landers and the knowledge of our expectations should make the transition to our program a smooth one for everyone. I know her family is excited to see her playing in Mississippi.”

As a sophomore last season, she averaged 19.4 points per game.
