ROLLING FORK — Terry Ann Beechem died Sunday, Oct. 7, 2012, as the result of a car accident. She was 44.

Mrs. Beechem was a manager at Walmart.

Survivors include her husband, Mark Beechem of Rolling Fork; two sons, Luster Grayson and Jeremy Grayson, both of Rolling Fork; a daughter, Jayla Beechem of Rolling Fork; three brothers, O’Neal Boose Daniels of Sioux City, Iowa, Jimmy Myles of California and Anthony Myles of Rolling Fork; and a sister, Michelle Myles of California.

Services will be at 2:30 p.m. Saturday at South Delta Middle School in Anguilla with the Rev. G.D. Young officiating.
