Saving a buck

Real situation, Claiborne county, Miss., in a move to “save money” is going to use prisoners to collect personal garbage from homes. This service has been paid for by the citizens administerd by the county for a private business to collect garbage. The majority of the taxpayers in Claiborne county did not ask for this nor do they want criminals collecting garbage from people’s homes. Another thing, Claiborne county is a small county (population wise). What would the county do if suddenly it did not have enough inmates,.. Where’s Grandma, Grandpa? Oh she got a ticket for not wearing a seat belt… she’ll be collecting garbage for the next 6 months. She could get out sooner for good behavior (they have enough inmates to pickup garbage).
