Warren Central’s season got off to an inauspicious start Friday night.

Westin Stringer and Dylan Hodges combined on a no-hitter, and Terry routed the Vikings 9-0 in their season-opener.

Stringer threw five innings, walked four and struck out 13 batters. Hodges pitched the last two innings, walked one and struck out two. The two pitchers managed to strike out every Warren Central batter at least once. The first four hitters in WC’s order struck out at least two times apiece.
