Randall and Marlys Zeigler of Marshallville, Ohio, announce the engagement of their daughter, Laura Nicole of Nashville, to Jeffrey Scott Magruder of Clarksville, Tenn. Mr. Magruder is the son of John and Monica Magruder of Vicksburg and Linda Goodwin of Gulfport.

Miss Zeigler is the granddaughter of Dorothe McDowell and the late Marshall McDowell of Florida and the late Harve and Violet Zeigler of Ohio.

The bride-elect is a 1997 graduate of Smithville High School in Ohio. She attended Youngstown State University and Northeastern Ohio Universities College of Medicine.

Miss Zeigler is employed at Vanderbilt Children’s Hospital in Nashville.

The prospective groom is a 1991 graduate of Vicksburg High School. He attended the University of Mississippi and University of Missouri at Rolla.

Mr. Magruder is employed with Trane.

Vows will be exchanged this summer in the Turks and Caicos Islands. A reception will be held at Union Station in Nashville. All relatives and friends will be invited to attend.
