4 found guilty in circuit court

In Warren County Circuit Court for the week ending Friday:
• Tommy Lee Johnson, 41, 1511 Grange Hall Road, pleaded guilty to possession of a weapon by a convicted felon and was sentenced by Circuit Court Judge M. James Chaney to two years in prison followed by three years of probation, plus a $1,000 fine and $322.50 in costs. Johnson was arrested Nov. 20, 2009.
• Denise L. Kemper, 28, 2907 Washington St., Apt. 1, was found guilty of violating probation and sentenced by Circuit Judge Isadore Patrick to the Mississippi Department of Corrections Flowood Restitution Center to pay $1,822.50 in fines, fees and restitution. Kemper was arrested Aug. 6, 2008 for possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute.
• Nathan D. Kuhn, 24, 520 Berryman Road, Lot 4, pleaded guilty to possession of precursor substances and was sentenced by Patrick to the Ninth Circuit Court Drug Court Program for a period not to exceed five years, plus a $1,000 fine and fees and costs of $1,297.50. Kuhn was arrested Dec. 8.
• Felix Reese Williams, 20, 2808 Yerger St., pleaded guilty to burglary of a dwelling and was sentenced by Patrick to two years in prison followed by five years of probation, plus a $1,000 fine, $2,500 in restitution and $322.50 in costs. Williams was arrested April 19.
