ANGUILLA — Mottree Gipson died Saturday, Sept. 10, 2011, at Sharkey-Issaquena Hospital in Rolling Fork. She was 103.

Survivors include four sons, Luphine Gipson and Mose Gipson, both of Anguilla, John Gipson of Chicago and Nathaniel Gipson of Ringgold, La.; seven daughters, Mottis Ashley of Colorado Springs, Colo., Adie Hardy of Atlanta, Ida Ree Morris, Edith Gipson, Faye Harris Katiligone Rambo, Allie Mae Buckley and Sirseal Gipson, all of Chicago; 200 grandchildren; 250 great-grandchildren; and 185 great-great-grandchildren.

Services will be a 1 p.m. Saturday at Christian Light M.B. Church in Anguilla with the Rev. Harriman Trice officiating. Burial will follow at Section Cemetery in Anguilla. Visitation is at 9 p.m. Friday at Mount Gidiom C.M.E. Church in Anguilla.
