Phillip Madison Hattaway and Alecia Breanne Sullivan were married at 6 p.m. July 6, 2009, in Fort Walton Beach, Fla.

The bride is the daughter of Ronald P. Jr. and Karen Sullivan of Saline, La. She is the granddaughter of Edward and Ellon Williams of Readhimer, La.; Nancy Monk of Bernice, La.; and the late Ronald P. Sullivan Sr. of Ashland, La.

The groom is the son of Eddie and Martha Hattaway of Tallulah. He is the grandson of Geneva Boyett and the late John P. Boyett of Shreveport, La., and Leona Hattaway and the late Madison Hattaway of Tallulah.

The bride was given in marriage by her father.

Maid of honor was Carrie Lindsey Hattaway, sister of the groom, of Tallulah. The groom’s cousin, Phillip Lee Boyett of Shreveport, served as best man.

Groomsman was Aaron Pizanni of Natchitoches, La.

For a wedding trip, the couple traveled to Destin, Fla. They will make their home in Natchitoches.

The bride, a graduate of Saline High School, is pursuing a nursing degree at Northwestern State University. The groom, a graduate of St. Aloysius High School, received a bachelor’s degree from Northwestern State University.
