A Jackson man was in the Warren County Jail Saturday night after being extradited from Arkansas on a felony false pretense charge.

Garry D. Miller, 41, 822 Detroit St., is accused of falsely obtaining on June 9 a 2009 Dodge Challenger valued at $57,000 from Blackburn Motor Co., said Lt. Bobby Stewart of the Vicksburg Police Department.

On June 25, Miller attempted to trade the vehicle at a Little Rock dealership, Stewart said. A records check revealed the Vicksburg false pretense warrant, and Miller was arrested by Little Rock police later that day.
