The Rev. The U.S. Constitution was signed 220 years ago on Sept. 17, 1787, and the Old Court House Museum along with members of the Daughters, Sons and Children of the American Revolution Ashmead Chapter rang the bells 22 times, once for each 10 years. About 40 people attended the celebration. Matthew is the son of Bob and Michele Bell, and Jacob is the son of Greg and Lynn Breeden. Bob is a member of the SAR and Matthew and Jacob are members of CAR.
