Services for Wesley Husband will be at 3 p.m. Sunday at Vicksburg City Auditorium with the Rev. Richard Caples officiating. Burial will follow at Cedar Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5 until 7 p.m. Saturday at W.H. Jefferson Funeral Home and Sunday at the auditorium from 1 p.m. until the service.

Wesley died Thursday, Aug. 27, 2009, at The Street Clinic in Vicksburg. He was 15.

He was born in Vicksburg and was of the Baptist faith. He was in the ninth grade at Warren Central High School and was a member of the football, basketball and track teams.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Lila Husband Welch; his maternal grandfather, Zack Dotson; and a sister, Rolanda Welch.
