In Warren County Circuit Court:

* Terry Wooten, 54, 147 Clark Road, pleaded guilty to false pretenses and was sentenced by Judge Frank Vollor to 271 days in jail followed by five years probation, and must pay restitution, fines and court costs totalling $2,722.50. Wooten was arrested June 7.

* Michael Dewayne Lyons, 26, 1337 East Ave., was found guilty of probation violation by Vollor and was sentenced to complete the two-year Drug Court program. Lyons must also pay fines and costs of $1,020 from an arrest on May 10, 2007 for auto burglary.
