Ida Bell Tolliver

Ida Bell Tolliver died Saturday, July 25, 2009, at University Medical Center in Jackson. She was 63.

Mrs. Tolliver was a member of Mount Pisgah Baptist Church. She was employed for 30 years as a bank teller at Trustmark National Bank.

She was preceded in death by her father, Kenneth Gibson.

Survivors include her husband, Elisha Tolliver Jr. of Vicksburg; her mother, Annie Mae Gibson of Vicksburg; a daughter, Desina Cruthirds of Jackson; three sons, Deputy Sheriff David Anthony Gibson of Atlanta, Maj. Jahan Tolliver of Fort Hood, Texas, and Staff Sgt. Adrian B. Tolliver of Quantico, Va.; a brother, Jessie Gibson of Chicago; two sisters, Annie Bell Banks and Mary Drayton, both of Vicksburg; seven grandchildren; and other relatives and friends.

Lakeview Memorial Funeral Home has charge of arrangements.
