PARIS, Ky. — Corrine McGinty Haynes died Thursday, Aug. 27, 2009, at St. Joseph Hospital in Lexington, Ky. She was 95.

Mrs. Haynes was a longtime resident of Vicksburg, where she had retired from the Social Security Administration and had been a member of The Church of the Holy Trinity, Episcopal.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Thomas Jefferson and Maggie Ester Perkins McGinty; and her husband, Aubrey Devere Haynes.

Survivors include her daughter, Phyllis H. Wood of Paris, Ky.; two granddaughters; and one great-grandson.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Sticklin King Funeral Home in Yazoo City. Burial will follow at Glenwood Cemetery. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until the service.
