Faircloth and Grogan recite vows in Florida

John Jeremie Faircloth and Ashley Marie Grogan were married at 4:30 p.m. Nov. 2, 2008, at the Llambias House courtyard in St. Augustine, Fla. The Rev. Brett Williams of Pensacola, Fla., officiated at the outdoor ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Jack Grogan of Port Gibson and Sherry Walter of Ponte Vedra, Fla. She is the granddaughter of Joan Grogan of Vicksburg and Marguerite Stegall of Ponte Vedra.
The groom is the son of Dave Faircloth and Debra Faircloth, both of Jacksonville, Fla. He is the grandson of Ouida Greene of Jacksonville.
The bride was given in marriage by her father. Her chosen colors were peacock blue, green and brown.
Aaron Shiers, vocalist and guitarist, provided selections for the ceremony.
Matrons of honor were Kat Campbell-Williams and Ruth Raymer of Pensacola, Fla. Bridesmaid was Kathryn Ellis of Fort Smith, Ark.
Flower girls were Roxanne Lette and Celia Lette of Ponte Vedra.
Sean Sigmon of Jacksonville Beach served as best man. Groomsmen were Roy Berry and E.J. Baker, both of Jacksonville.
Ushers were Chase Grogan of Asheville, N.C.; Brice Grogan of Tampa, Fla.; and Jason Nielsen of Jacksonville.
Ring bearer was Armand Lette of Ponte Vedra.
A reception featuring vegetarian Mediterranean favorites followed the ceremony. Guests were entertained with music by Aaron Shiers and DJ Rickolus.
Following a wedding trip to Asheville, the couple will make their home in St. Augustine.
The bride is a self-employed floral designer. The groom is a graduate student at the University of North Florida, where he is pursuing a Master of Fine Arts degree in painting.
