Palmers celebrate 50

Sammuel E. Sr. and Evangelist Corrine Palmer celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on Aug. 1, 2009. They were honored by their children and son-in-law with a program and anniversary dinner at The Duff Green Mansion.

They are the parents of four children: Diane (Will) Moffett, Sammuel E. Palmer Jr., JoAnn (Ivory) Walker and the late Robert E. Palmer. They also have seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
