Pine logs lay across the northbound lane of U.S. 61 North near the North Washington Street intersection after Daniel Christmas, 41, 6565 Warriors Trail, lost control of the 18-wheeler at about 3:20 on Friday afternoon.  No other vehicles were involved and Christmas was not injured.  Traffic in the northbound lane was rerouted behind the 61 Quick Stop onto Wells Road and back onto U.S. 61 North.
