PORT GIBSON — Willie Earl Brandon died Tuesday, Feb. 17, 2009. He was 50.

Mr. Brandon is survived by his parents, William and Thoreatha Kelly-Brandon of Port Gibson; two brothers, William D. Brandon Jr. of Lauderdale, Miss., and Larry Appleton of Port Gibson; one sister, one uncle, one great-uncle and a number of aunts, great-aunts, nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.

Services will be 11 a.m. Tuesday at Beechland Baptist Church with The Rev. Frank McGriggs officiating. Burial will be in McCay Cemetery. Visitation will be at Thompson Funeral Home Chapel in Port Gibson on Monday from 1 p.m. until 5 p.m. and Tuesday from 10 a.m. until services.
