Carter now second-worst

I heard on the TV news that President Obama, in an interview with Oprah Winfrey, gave himself a B+ on his performance for his first 11 months in office. How modest of him.
Why not be truthful and give himself an A+?
I will try to express my evaluation of his performance. You pick a grade.
He has redefined the meaning of the word “transparent.” Our “muddy” Mississippi River is now called the “transparent” Mississippi. He promised we could watch the transparent congressional debate on major bills on C-Span, but the “transparent” cameras couldn’t see through the opaque locked doors of meeting rooms where Democrats paid each other off with tax money to vote with Pelosi and Reid.
He took the trials of the murdering terrorists out of military courts and Gitmo and is bringing them to New York so the world can watch a circus with the United States being the clown, the ridicule of the world.
I could go on and on. However, his actions did lead to positive things. George W. Bush is now a genius without a teleprompter, and Jimmy Carter is now the second worst president ever elected.
