In Warren County Circuit Court during the week ending Friday:

• Angela Goodwin, 36, 3400 U.S. 80, Lot 6, pleaded guilty to possession of 250 or more dosage units of pseudoephedrine and was sentenced by Judge M. James Chaney to enroll in the Ninth Circuit Court Drug Court Program for a period not to exceed five years, plus $1,322.50 in fines. Goodwin was arrested Aug. 16.

• Frank Halton Womack, 39, 690 Tilton Road, pleaded guilty to possession of methamphetamine and was sentenced by Chaney to five years of probation, plus $2,622.50 in fines. Womack was arrested July 30.

A sentencing order against Jeffery Wayne Smith, 44, whose last known Mississippi address was 14 Motgan Seal Road, Picayune, was also signed this week by Chaney. On May 18, Smith was found guilty of violating probation and sentenced by former Circuit Judge Frank Vollor to five years in prison, but the sentencing order was inadvertently not signed. Smith was arrested Aug. 14, 2003, for larceny of a motor vehicle.
